Clinical Assessment & Consultation

Gain clarity, understanding, and a clear direction for your care.

Clinical Assessment & Consultation at the Jenna Centre is a comprehensive psychological evaluation designed to help you make sense of emotional, behavioural, developmental, or neuropsychological concerns. Whether you are experiencing ongoing difficulties, seeking a second opinion, or unsure what type of support you need, this service provides a structured and evidence-informed starting point.

The assessment includes a detailed clinical interview, an exploration of your personal and developmental history, and, where appropriate, the use of validated psychological questionnaires. Following the assessment, you will receive a dedicated feedback session to discuss the findings, answer your questions, and develop a clear, personalized plan for the support that is right for you.

Adult Therapy

At the Jenna Centre, we offer support for adults experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, trauma, emotional overwhelm, burnout, addiction, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or long-standing behavioural and emotional patterns. Whether you are facing a specific challenge or simply feel that something is not quite right, we provide a structured space to understand your experiences, make sense of how your mind works, and build practical pathways towards lasting change.

Adolescent Therapy (12–17 Years)

At the Jenna Centre, we offer specialist support for young people navigating anxiety, low mood, stress, identity, self-esteem, school pressures, behavioural difficulties, emotional dysregulation, and the unique challenges that come with growing up. We understand that adolescence is a critical period of brain development — and that the right support at the right time can make a profound and lasting difference.

We also offer parent consultation sessions for families seeking to better understand and support their teenager. Because when a young person is struggling, the whole family feels it.

This service is designed for those who need accessible, evidence-informed support without committing to long-term therapy.

Family Therapy

Helping families strengthen relationships, improve communication, and support one another through life's challenges.

Family life is rarely straightforward. Relationships shift, pressures build, and even the closest families can find themselves caught in patterns of conflict, misunderstanding, or disconnection that feel difficult to break. Family therapy at the Jenna Centre offers a safe, confidential, and supportive space to work through those challenges together.

Sessions are tailored to the unique needs of each family and may focus on improving communication, supporting a loved one experiencing emotional or behavioural difficulties, navigating significant life transitions, or simply building a more stable and supportive home environment. Where helpful, sessions may also incorporate psychoeducation — providing families with a clearer understanding of the emotional or neuropsychological factors that may be influencing their dynamics.

Whatever has brought you to this point, we are here to help your family find its way forward — together.
